1. How do I store my tea?

All loose teas should be stored in airtight containers and Tea sachets should be kept away from direct sunlight. In general, tea should be stored in a cool place.

2. How do I know the expiry date? 

Our Monarch Butterfly Tea has a shelf life of at least 2 years. 

3. How are the teas packed? 

We select the highest quality tea leaves, and using ancient knowledge combined with the most modern and hygienic blending and packaging techniques, we produce an array of exquisite teas, each retaining its own distinctive flavour without compromising on quality of taste. 

4. How do I return, exchange or refund a product?
