Monarch Butterfly Delivery 

Our Monarch Butterfly products are shipped directly from Singapore. We will need at least 3 – 5 working days excluding the estimated delivery duration for us to proceed with your orders.

 

Orders can be tracked via Sing post website:  http://www.singpost.com/ under the Track Item Icon. 

 

We appreciate your understanding if product delivery is delayed (not applicable during public holidays). However, we will do our best to ensure that all products reach you in the shortest time possible. Let us know should you encounter any delay via our website; Contact Us. 

 

Local Delivery 

All local orders will be delivered via local registered postage

Policy for Returns, Exchanges & Refunds 

At Monarch Butterfly, we give the assurance that our product meets your satisfaction. We will only accept returns if there is a valid reason. All returned products are subject to the approval of Monarch Butterfly. Monarch Butterfly will not be held liable for any additional delivery cost incurred from the return of any products. This applies to both local & international delivery. 

 

Return of Products 

All products and items are to be return within 7 days starting from the date as indicated in the original receipt. If you wish to return the product, you can write in to us via Contact Us.  We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for approved return. Monarch Butterfly will not entertain any returned products or item if there is no RMA number. Please ensure that all products are delivered back to Monarch Butterfly within 7 days from the date indicated on the RMA receipt.  

 

Exchange Policy 

Exchange of products will not be entertained unless orders are mistaken by us. If you wish to exchange the product, you can write in to us via ‘Contact US’ within 7 days. Please ensure the following for our exchange policy. 

• Products should be sealed; once opened it will be considered as sold 
• All exchange will require a RMA number prior to the exchange of product  

 

Refund Policy 

We will credit the full refund amount to our customer when we receive the product. Refund will be based upon the verification of original packaging and the RMA number. All Refunds will be subjected to Monarch Butterfly’s approval.      

 

Purchasing of Accessories 

Let us know what you need and we will be able to advise you further with our wide range of accessories ranging from tea pots, tea cups to tea timers. Please contact us via ‘Contact Us’ if you would like to purchase any of our accessories. 

 

Payment Mode 

Monarch Butterfly online store accepts payment via Paypal. Let us know if you face any difficulties when making payment.

The Customer also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Monarch Butterfly and its affiliates, officers, employees, directors and agents from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses, including third-party claims, reasonable legal fees (collectively, “Claims”), to the extent that such Claims arise from, or may be in any way attributable to any violation of the PDPA by Monarch Butterfly.
